Caesars Palace is a hotel that needs no introduction. It is one of the most recognizable hotels in Las Vegas, and since opening in 1966, it has been one of Las Vegas's most iconic properties. Caesars Palace reinvents itself time after time to stay the unforgettable destination you expect from Las Vegas. From the restaurants, shows, pool, and nightlife, this hotel is a must-see destination!
Restaurants & Buffet: A Feast Fit for the Gods
Caesars Palace has restaurants that will leave your mouth watering. Robert Earl and Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy will provide the perfect mix of flavor and spices that will make any chicken lover's mouth water.
If steak or seafood is your craving, then check out Chef Chris Santos at Stanton Social Prime. With delicious steaks cooked to your desire, you can not go wrong. I suggest the "Pretty in Pink" 10 OZ filet with peppercorn sauce and pink oyster mushrooms; your tastebuds will thank me later.
We are not much for buffets at Vegastwins, but Bacchanal does offer quite a large selection of menu items, with over 250 menu items, and is open from 9 AM to 10 PM on Thursday through Monday and 3:30 PM to 10 PM on Tuesday and Wednesdays. You will find something that the most picky eater will enjoy.
Poolside Pleasures: Dive into Luxury
Caesars Palace Pool is one of the nicest in Vegas. It is open from 9 AM to 5 PM and features seven pools. Keep in mind, have sunscreen ready cause it is not much shade, but outside of this, it is an oasis in the desert. You can even try some Swim-up blackjack or sip a cocktail in the pool relaxing. If you want to get away from kids, they offer the Venus Pool, which used to be European style but has changed several years ago. Still, it is an outstanding spot to hang out at the pool away from kids.
Relaxation Redefined: Unwind at the Spa
Caesars Palace outdoes itself again with its spa. The Artic Ice Room is chilled to a cool 55 degrees, invigorating the body. If that isn't your style, try the Roman Bath or relieve stress with a massage fit for a queen. If you want a workout, the spa has a state-of-the-art fitness center, so you don't have to miss your workout while in Las Vegas. With convenient hours of 9 AM to 6 PM, don't miss the opportunity to pamper yourself at this magnificent spa.
Accommodations: Fit for a King?
Rooms, in our opinion, are the one place Caesars could improve. For the price, the rooms don't stand up to some other resorts. The Julius Deluxe Room is 360 sq ft, just the standard size for hotel rooms. You can upgrade to a strip view room or pool view room if you want a better view. For a little more Luxury, the Julius Executive Suite is 1073 sq feet and will provide a more upscale experience than you would expect from a property like Caesars Palace. There are many more room types to choose from, with many having the option of 2 queens or a king bed. If you are looking for a resort that has it all, Caesars is it, but personally, the rooms leave something to be desired. They are clean and well-maintained, just not the luxury you will find at a place like Wynn.
Entertainment Extravaganza: Shows to Remember
The shows at Caesars Palace are some of the best in Vegas and read like a who's who of comedy and music. Remember Adele, with a current residence, along with Garth Brooks and Rod Stewart; they have something for everyone. Jerry Seinfeld also performs his standup act at Caesars. If you're looking for a more adult-oriented show, Absinthe is one of the top shows in Vegas. For an 18 and older audience, the show is known for raunchy humor, along with burlesque. With many positive reviews, this show will not disappoint.
Omnia Nightclub: Elegance meets Party
Omnia is one of the top nightclubs in Las Vegas. It is a 75,000 square-foot venue that dresses to impress as this place is impressive with a massive LED Chandelier in the main room that changes to the beat throughout the night. Also, they have The Terrance for taking the party outdoors as well. For groups, we recommend a VIP table and book in advance as they will book up as this place is a constant party.
In conclusion, Caesars Palace Resort is top-notch for shows, nightlife, pools, and restaurants. It is one of the top resorts in Las Vegas. With the rooms, we feel they lack the luxury of some of the other resorts within price range, but with its prime locations and amenities, Caesars is still a top-notch resort that needs to be visited, and for those who don't spend much time in the room the rest of the resort will make up for it.
